RAY'S DINING CLUB CARD
Dining Club card holders receive an instant 10% off their subtotal (food and non-alcoholic beverages) each time they dine at any Ray's Restaurant. Throughout the year, we will offer additional promotions for our Dining Club card holders, as a thank you for your loyalty.Activate your new

YOUR DINING CLUB CARD ACCOUNT
For guests, who have a Dining Club card before December 2020, any dollar balance you had on your card is still on your card. Please let your server know that you have a dollar balance and they can look it up in our system. Or, email your name and card number to email@example.com and we can let you know if you have a dollar balance.

HOW DO I GET A RAY'S DINING CLUB CARD?
Ray's Dining Club cards are available at Ray's at Killer Creek, Ray's on the River and Ray's in the City. Please ask your server or a manager for a Ray's Dining Club card on your next visit. We will ask for some information to activate your account and, once the information is provided, we will give you a Ray's Dining Club card.
WHAT INCENTIVES WILL I RECEIVE FOR BEING A RAY'S DINING CLUB CARD HOLDER?
You will receive 10% off your food and non-alcoholic beverages each time you dine at Ray's and present your Dining Club card to your server. The 10% discount will be off of your subtotal (not including tax or gratuity). Throughout the year, we will offer our Dining Club card holders VIP invitations to events as well as exclusive offers and gifts throughout the year.
IF I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE BEFORE DECEMBER 2020, HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF THERE IS A BALANCE ON MY CARD?
Any bonus or dollar balance that was on your Dining Club card will remain on your card. Please email your name and card number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look up your balance. Or, ask your server if there is a dollar balance on your card and it will be deducted from your bill.
WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY DINING CARD WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER?
Your information will NOT be sold. We want to be able to contact you, via email, regarding any bonus programs and extra incentives for being a Ray's Dining Club card holder. If you do not remember to bring your Dining Club card while dining at Ray's, your server can look up your card number by your phone number.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE MY CARD WHEN I DINE AT A RAY’S RESTAURANT?
We encourage you to remember your Ray's Dining Club Card. If you do forget your card, please be sure to tell your server that you are a Ray's Dining Club card member and provide your name and the phone # you registered in your account.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT USE MY DINING CLUB CARD OR REWARD DOLLARS ON?
Your Ray's Dining Club card or card balance cannot be used on purchasing alcoholic beverages, Gift Cards, or payment towards private, semi-private events or catering.
WHAT IF I LOST OR DAMAGED MY DINING CLUB CARD?
Please send your name, email address, phone #, and card # (if you have it), to email@example.com, and we can mail you a replacement card. Your account information will transfer over to the new card.
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
For any other questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have lost or misplaced your Dining Club card we will issue a new card to you and transfer your card information. Please contact us at email@example.com, with your name, email address, and card number, if you have it, for a replacement card. (*Only cards that are registered can be replaced)
